Well, since the skies here over Florida have been exceptionally clear lately, I decided to learn about astronomy. I'd like to be able to pick out some cool constellations (uh, something other than the Big/Little Dipper), know when the ISS is passing overhead, pick out planets in the night sky, stuff like that. And since I'm traveling to Australia, New Zealand and Tasmania for a month vacation, I'll be able to check out stuff on the other side of the world too!
