This will include, (but is not limited to): Dive Educators, Dive Resorts and Hotels , Liveaboard Operators , Dive Shop Owners, Equipment Importers and Distributors, Dive Tour Organizers, and Diving Doctors. Dive Masters are also welcome but should show proof of active involvement in the industry.

Can be done, but even a 1/4 th page can set you back US$9,000.00 per month. The U.S. market is a hampered also by the U.S. State Department's advisories against travelling to the Philippines. I had one liveaboard group that back out in 2002 because the travel advisories made their life and accident insurance void outside Manila.

We have some experience with our "reeflets"...the cylindrical ones are in Puro Island, the cones are in the process of deployment at Portulano .... :)
