Dive Addicts, Amphibious Zoo Entertainment, and Submerged TV are excited to announce production on a new series of TV shows called "Submerged TV"! With a focus on expedition level wreck, underwater cave and extreme dive environments, Submerged TV will of course feature lots of CCRs throughout!
We started shooting this past weekend in a high altitude cave called Ricks Spring, located in Logan Canyon, just North of Logan Utah. 39 degree water, makes for a challenging work environment to say the least, especially when run times can exceed 2 1/2 to 3 hours or more. Ultimately, we would like to connect the "Main Drain" (one of the deepest vertical caves in North America) with Ricks Springs, but this will involve a multiple year project, as the team pushes from both ends. With complex logistics, this particular project will involve a huge effort from both the dry caving community as well as the cave diving community.
We look forward to planned episodes in Bikini Atol, The Great Lakes, Caves in Florida, Mexico & Bahamas, Solomon Islands and other exciting locations!
Many thanks to Light Monkey, Hollis, Juergensen Marine, TDI, & Fourth Element who have provided amazing equipment and logistical support!
Anyway, lots of fun ahead. In the meantime, please check out our launch trailer on our dedicated Submerged TV YouTube channel:
