Hey, whad up? I'm new to the site and I'm also new to scuba. Actually, I haven't even started my cert. for scuba, but I know for a fact that I'm going with PADI. I can't wait to get out into Big Blue and see what's new. The site's awesome! Later! :rock_band

Learned all of my leadership skills at MCRD San Deigo, which is why I am never asked to lead a group!

That's cool. I usually associated the Iwo Jima monument with The Marines, but that may because I am one? Ever seen that statue? Very impressive, maybe more so when one has carried the M-1 (trained with it once) and same uniform and gear. The smaller prototype is at a USMC institute in Harligen Texas.

There's some other smilies you may enjoy using, too...? :usa_2: :42: and some Avatars, too. But our computer people are still building the new SB, so these change now and then.

I learned most of my "Leadership Skills" from my Dad - who was a Seagoing Marine on the Intrepid in WWII, and at MCRD Diego, which is why I am not asked to lead social groups. I assist the Wreck Wench with Group Trips, but mostly I'm kickin' her butt for not keeping up with my idea of our mutual plans. Sempre Fi!!
