New to Scubaboard. I don't see a post thread at the top like I did when I asked my first question in the wrong place. So, I just hit reply to get back through. Also, how do I move my question to the right place or does someone else do that? Anyway, I am new to diving too. My husband and I took a trip to Belize Jan 2004, beautiful!!! and I was hooked. Of course, having a 2 and a 4 year old and 2 dental businesses don't permit us to go diving that often, but we do have a trip planned to Thailand in Jan 2005. We are trying to do a liveaboard, but have limited time and would like to see other parts of Thailand too. (Why? is I'm sure what die-hard divers would say to that!) I have found reading some of these threads quite informative and thought I might have a few questions of my own...

Howdy!

And welcome to SB - the biggest, the best, the fastest growing, and :D the friendliest!
If you'll simply click ScubaBoard.com above, you'll be taken to our long list of forums, a wealth of information and resources.

I asked a Mod to move your post off of the other thread to its own here, so we can greet you.

I understant that you cannot take off an dive as often as you like, but I hope you'll stay in practice between big trisp. Believe it or not, people dive where you live.

And to answer your other thread, PM me if I can help you learn your way around; that is - click my username to the upper left, then follow the prompts to send me a "Personal Message." Or go to Quick Links abouve, select Persoanl messages, and follow the prompts to send a new one there - typing in the recipients username. :thumb:

Welcome to ScubaBoard! :happywave

Looks like Don's got everything under control here, so I just wanted to give you a friendly, "Howdy!" That's Don-speak for "Hello and welcome". ;)

Dive safe!

Christian

P.S. Due to the high volume of new posts in the Introductions and Greets forum, it's not always possible to keep up with all the new posts here. So, please help me out and send me a PM if you post anything you want me to read or repsond to in this forum.
