New to ScubaBoard

Just wanted to Hello to everybody.

I have resently started back up on diving.
I started back in 1996 and did a lot of diving in Egypt and Turkey over 2 years, and then had a break from diving for more than 11 years and last year got my wife and daughted into the discover scuba and will in one week got to Cozumel to complete their open water certificate.

So we will hopefully shortly relocate back into the ocean.


Anyone who has recomendations on Nitrox?

As an older diver what I notice about nitrox is I don't get tired or leg cramps when diving on nitrox, I recommend it just for those reasons.
