Hi, first post and new to scuba, I've done a trial dive about 15 years ago in Zante and did a two day dive in Jamaica about 9 years ago, the first day in a pool and the second day off the back of a boat.

However, was my 40th birthday last Tuesday and my wife has treated me to a PADI course whilst we are on holiday in Zante.

My wife has also bought me some gift vouchers for a dive shop before I go, I've been doing snorkelling for ages and invested in a decent snorkel and mask from a dive shop last year, so got that, can anybody recommend some other things I would need to do scuba diving, I have £150.00 worth of vouchers.

Was going to get flippers, how much should I spend on them?

Anything else? And how much would they be?

Thank you in advance :)

Fins , booties, mask and snorkel are usual personal items. Having your own weights might be a plus as well .
