Welcome Aquamonkey!! How did you get your hubby to start diving too, after all these years?

.
Well luck for me, my husband and are are newly married Aug. 04. Diving is a passion that he has had for many years and never anyone to go with him. So of course my diving already this was a big PLUS for me. My x-husband was never intrested in diving or the water at all. So, as soon as the weather warms up a bit out here, we will get hime going on his OW. He is so excited. Christmas was easy, just started buying him his own gear!! We are looking forward to many years of great dive adventures!!!

Sincerely,
Lisa

THE AQUAMONKEY:
Hi Steve,

Thanks for the information on Bonaire. As this will be our first trip. Any help is much appreciatied. No, I'm not in with any of these dive clubs. I am in Tucson. I used to dive with Dicovery Scuba a few years back and have not been in with dive community in awhile. Who would one contact to get in on R-Team?? I would be nice getting together with other local divers.

Sincerely, Lisa
Hi Lisa,

R-Team sometimes posts their trips on the Arizona Scuba forum here. R-Team is a Raytheon affiliated club, but anyone can join. Daniel Vance is their leader. He can be PM'ed here at user id: DanielVance. Here's a link to a fall trip he posted, at the bottom is all their contact info: http://www.scubaboard.com/t71990-.html

The Arizona Scuba forum here was initiated by David, the leader of the Phoenix-based AZScuba group. We're a group of over 100 AZ divers that choose not to be affiliated with any divestore or organization. Some of our members are from Tucson.

David also moderates our Yahoo group, generally updates from R-Team are posted there. We share info on trips with them. Anyone is welcome to join AZScuba, it's free.

In case you've not seen it, our forum is in the Scubaboard Clubs section of this forum: http://www.scubaboard.com/f292-.html

Our Yahoo group is here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/azscuba/

Steve
