Eehh Wisconsin"ers",
My Mom lives in Green Bay where I went to High School and my Dad currently lives in Hudson, across from MN. How is the diving up there? Burrr.

Hello again! Just an update: It is now 5 degrees (F) and sunny. Wish you were here (not)!

With a name like Green Alien, you should fit right in nicely. Do you dive in lakes of bourbon in Kentucky, or is that just me dreaming?
You sure wouldn't clear your mask in the normal fashion in that kind of lake, would you?
Welcom aboard,
The Thunder from Down Under,
The one and only,

scubaboard, Greenalien. I hope we get to dive together in the near future. Check in at the Kentucky Piranha Patrol section and get to know some of the folks there.

Do you know KentuckyMermaiddivr?

Yes I know KyMermaid...
We just got back from diving in Ft. Lauderdale/West Palm a couple of weeks ago. Kinda miss the warmth and sun right now.

And no burboun in the water. Just good navagation experience in the murky rock quarry.

Greenalien,

The inland lakes are pretty much frozen over. I would suspect Lake Michigan to be in the low 30sF. Some divers tell me they dive year round but I'm not entirely sure where. I know several who have been certified to ice dive but most don't do it after their cert. I guess for me (non dry diver..yet) it's ice fishing for a while.
