looking around and found this place and from what I've seen it looks great. Lots of great info. Just finished my Open Water Certification last weekend and ready to sign up for Advanced. Plan on doing lots of reading and hopefully finding people in Texas to dive with as my wife doesn't dive and my kids are still too young.

Thanks to those who created this as the info I've seen so far has been really helpful to a noob like me.

I trolled the boards quite a bit before I joined, and I found so much useful information. I am glad that I signed up (pretty recently, in my case). It is a great way to get information, and it is a lot of fun.

Have a great time in Playa! Hopefully, the weather will be pleasant and cooperative for you. I recommend Ajua (Avenida 10 and Calle 4) as a great place to eat (and it has free internet access, too!)
