New to Sb, but long time diver. I was told about this by one of my diving students and thought I would check out the boards.
I am an active diving instructor for over 23 years, and have been teaching Handicapped diving thru the HSA, and IAHD for over 7 years. This has been a fantastic experience for me, as I was able to take my nephew underwater for the first time last year, and he loved the experience. :scubadive

Welcome. That's a great concept you're involved with. With your experience, I'm sure you will contribute to the forum.

I did my AOW in a strip mine near Pinkneyvill, IL.

Welcome to Sb! It's definitely our treat when a diver with years of experience joins the board. Kudos to the student that pointed the way. Even more props to you for the work you do. What part of IL? I lived in the southern part a while before moving to FL. Hope to see ya on the board- happy diving!
