There is a nasty thermocline in Whitestar right around 20-25' it drops what feels like 10 degrees or more.

I always dive Whitestar in a 1/4 inch wetsuit or my drysuit. I'm colder in the drysuit than the wetsuit though--go figure. A 3mm, not on your life
