Just discovered Windfinder. Nice graphical representation of the wind field, and has several more reporting stations than WeatherUnderground, including several on the east side of the island. Now if we could just get a weather radar site...

Note: While the URL I used is centered on Cozumel, there seems to be some problem opening Windfinder at that location. You may need to scroll the map.

Just discovered Windfinder. .
Windfinder is a good " Starting Site " but many times with a strong low pressure system (LPS) approaching it starts to freak out a bit. The data is based on the GFS model which has problems when LPS's start to increase in intensity and it frequently messes up the timing of the wind direction changes. It is great at just 48 hours out, but at 7 days with an LPS you'll see wild swings in the forecast. So don't rely all on one website. What we try to do is look at 3-4 different forecast sites and see how each aligns with the others. You'll get the best wave height and wind direction at 7 days out that way and can improve your own dive plans.
