welcome to SB. You need to know everything thats in the manual. So read it, read it twice. Watch the DVD and then apply the things you've learned from the book in the pool. Then onto your checkout dives. As always.. keep practicing, Dive as often as you can
 
Welcome aboard. The golden rule is breath (seriously). My advice is read the book and this board also ask questions dont be afraid of looking foolish.Everyone was new once (some like me still are) take all the great advice the experienced members of this board kindly share.
