Congratulations on your new certification!

I agree with the others here. You'll have a better time in Hawaii if you continue to dive between now and then.

Dive safe!

Christian

P.S. Due to the high volume of new posts in the Introductions and Greets forum, it's not always possible to keep up with all the new posts here. So, please help me out and send me a PM if you post anything you want me to read or repsond to in this forum.

No experience needed and it feels great!

where do i go to talk about a beach rental at shacks beach, puerto rico (july'96 rodales scuba diving magazine "top shore dives of the world")? this is my place and we've been renting to select people. it's a great spot and i wanted to expand renting it into the diving community but still be selective about renters.

Welcome
Your Hawaiian SCUBA trip sounds fantastic. I bet there are a few people that can help you narrow your experience. What island will you be on? I had the opportunity to dive the Northwest coast or Oahu with the US Marines on break from the Gulf War. I approached them to ask were the best diving was and .... minutes later they had put together gear for me to join them. It was fantastic (my first tunnels). My friend left behind on the beach didn't think the same thing ... he was afraid of the water!
Have a great trip.
Donna
