New to Board

Hello Everyone,
I have never scuba dived before, but I an visiting the Philippines for the second time on my next vacation in the coming year. I have already bought my airline ticket and will be these for three weeks. I know the Philippines is popular with divers and I am strongly considering taking an open water course when I am there. today I did a google search for scuba forum and here I am.
