Hi Divers, I am new to this site. I have been browsing it for some time but just decided to register since I couldn't post a relpy to a Cooper River comment. I chose the screen name because of a dive I went on yesterday. Went and dove on the Govenor off the S.C. coast in 6 to 8 foot seas. As soon as the 46ft boat anchored I started feeding the fish. Getting in the water didnt help. Burnt a thousand pounds trying to get to the anchor line that was on another boat, but thats another story. Guys that went down without using the anchor never saw the wreck. Miserable day to dive. I think I will stay closer to the Cooper from now on. Haven't found much better diving than that any way.

Welcome to the board. Well the fish need to be fed and somebody has to volunteer once in a while!

Are you diving out of Charleston? What part of the state are you in?

I go to the Cooper as much as possible. Actually going tomorow. Have my own pontoon. Its hard to find anyone to help pay the gas bill. I'm still looking for one more. Out of Sumter.

welcome aboard
