New to all this

Hi,
I have inadvertently got myself involved in the Scuba business and have decided to take it up as a hobby. Loads of questions and all from a novice. Both my 12 year old son and I are going to get our feet wet. Stupid questions are on their way!

You will quickly learn to love it, serene and peaceful are 2 adjectives I would use. As an escape from the madness that is our lives these days it's perfect. I just hope that no one ever develops amobile phone that works underwater.

I have heard it is addictive but worth the commitment. It might be that little cartoony thing at the bottom of your posts Victor that might have something to do with me taking so long to get going
