Brand new, still in the box with the protective cover on the face. I have one of these and love it--uses a sonic sensor for helium so no cell to replace. Brand new oxygen sensor. This isn't an old stock unit--it is brand new/never used--the supplier wanted what I had instead so we traded. This was assembled/mfd August of last year
