You'll have to drive south to Venice to jump on a boat and dive the rigs. There isn't much more to dive in that area except maybe Lake Poncetrain. I don't know any charters off the top of my head, but I'm sure some of the other locals will chime in before long.

Be sure you are comfortable with diving w/o a hard bottom.
