If your stick is too short, you won't get adequate mixing. If your stick is too long, there will be too much resistance and your compressor will work too hard to draw air.

Some final checks once your stick is assembled:

1. Is your O2 reading stable? If your O2 reading is jumping around a lot and you're always having to make adjustments while blending, then your stick isn't mixing adequately.

2. Your O2 analyzer actually measures partial pressure (that's why the flow over the sensor is so important). How much does your O2 reading change when you turn on the compressor? If your O2 reading drops significantly when you turn on the compressor (say from 20.9% with the compressor off to 20.1% with the compressor running) then your stick has too much resistance.

Go the safe way¡ gET THE OXIHAKER¡, you will save a lot of trial and error... BTW I fix my oxigen reg orifice #77 by opening a bigger hole whit a drill # 1mm.. It work like a charm¡¡¡¡ I can fill up to 40% very easily¡¡:D

How serious is the risk of micro flash ignition ( not sure if that is the right word) and CO accumulation when doing blends like 32?
