Aloha, everyone,
I'm new to this board, and new / not new to scuba depending on your perspective. See my profile for more, but I certified years ago when I lived in Hawaii, but haven't dived since moving back to PA -- until recently. I'm in the market to acquire gear, and since my SO did not take to her PADI discovery dive (tried twice), I'm always on the lookout for a dive buddy or buddies; I live about 30-40 miles west of Philadelphia, plan to dive Dutch Springs near Bethlehem in-season, and one or two warm-weather salty trips per year. When I get my technical skills up I'll try Jersey wreck diving, but that's a ways off -- I'm doing my Advanced PADI checkouts next weekend, and need to get experience under my belt.
Drop a line if you have a group or need a buddy for a dive. I've already touched base with Indian Valley Scuba in Harleysville; they're great people, but I'm always looking to expand my circle.
