Hello board,
After 14 years I've ended my prolonged surface interval. I've started diving again Q3 last year. Only thing changed ist the added bioprene and the information availability in the www.

Going in my prolonged SI I certified as a PADI Assistent Instructor. Just watching fishes didn't satisfy me enough and assisting teaching was what kept me longer in the water.
After emigration from the Netherlands to Germany I've never connected to a local dive group but now I've found some great new buddies and I'm hoping to do lots of diving again.
I'm planning on getting back to teaching and will become a public safety diver in the near future.
