Hi all,

I have been hanging around for awhile soaking up all the info I can before posting. I have picked up enough information to make some informed decisions on equipment purchases with out being at the mercy of my LDS.

My wife and I went on a cruize to the Western Caribbean in January and for the first time we did some snorkling in Ochos Rios, and then I did a Discover SCUBA at Cozumel. Big Problem. We got home and I was signed up for SCUBA classes two weeks later. Classes and Pool work were done late May, and the open water was done up at Bainbridge Quarry in PA the first week of April. The water was a nice 42 degrees in a 7mm farmer john. After the dives were done, I knew I was in trouble, because it was such a blast. I have already started going into debt assembling equipment. Now, my wife is going to start OW class with another friend the first of June.

Howdy!
