According to the specifications you can use either metric or imperial units. There is a US dealer listed on their website.

According to HW, it's a LCD (IPS-TFT to be exact).

Correct me if I'm wrong but his computers are only available in metric units and not marketed in the US.

I would find that odd as certainly my OSTC N2 is user switchable between metric and imperial.
