looks nice I would try one on my gopro 3+ don't see much of a difference tho

First thing that comes to mind is you can' see a trace leak or a hair/dust in the seal in time to save the camera.

I know the shark dive in Roatan bans the Go Pro. The sharks seem to be attracted to it's shiny acrylic and silver interior surface. Think silver side fish. This black out case may help with that, and may also improve any skitish fish close encounter. Think black wetsuit camouflage.

Where did you hear that? I did the shark dive in Roatan last year with a GoPro, no problems at all.
