I’m Sophia from Singapore , an SSI Advanced Adventure Diver with a love for exploring the underwater world. I recently completed my certifications in the Maldives, where I had the chance to dive among vibrant reefs and incredible marine life.

I’m always eager to meet like-minded divers, share experiences, and discover new dive spots. Looking forward to connecting, learning from all of you, and exchanging dive stories. Let’s keep the bubbles rising!

I'm in Singapore on Business and I get a weekend off after Chinese New Year, first weekend in February.

Do you have dive shop recommendations or areas to dive nearby? I was thinking of spending the weekend in Bintan and just getting wet.

Some of us from ScubaBoard will be meeting at ADEX on 4-6 April, and I might even do some muck diving again at P. Hantu on the 5 April or 19 April and have been recommended to use Cuddlefish Divers

Lunar New Year or more accurately Spring Festival.
Singapore is a independent country and about 70% of her population is ethic Han Chinese. Some of them their ancestors had settled on the island long before their mother country is known as China(10th Oct 1911) eg. Qing or even Ming dynasty.

Tioman Island is better for scuba diving. Pity the direct ferry from Singapore is history.
