Hi Melissa and Welcome to SB, I was born and raised in Philly now I live in the Endless Mountains Region of Up State Pa, teh diving locally is pretty cool and there is Dutch Springs if ya want to Dive close by. I'm lucky I have mapped 13 dive sites within 1 hour of my home this summer, and dive a couple times a week. PM me if you would like to dive. The water up here is still warm enough for a 3 or a 5 mm suit I dove today and just used a 3 with gloves and a hood and I was toasty. Have a great day
