Hello All! New member and just completed dive training (PADI certified). I would like to do my Open Water dives in Cuba, but am having difficulties locating a PADI certified dive centre! Any suggestions/recommendations would be welcomed!!
 
You may have trouble finding a PADI dive operator in Cuba. PADI is U.S. based and Cuba is stil under an embargo (as far as I know). You can't use credit cards drawn on a U.S. bank there so I suspect that they may not teach the PADI curriculum. A Google search of Cuban dive operators should answer the question though.
