If you have only one strobe, you just need the tray with a single handle. You can use your existing arms, just tell Yuzo when you order the tray which arms you have so he can get you the right base. OR if you have an arm base that bolts to a tray, he can tell you if it'll work. He's very good at this and doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need and will help integrate it with what you already have.
Yea, the single handle tray has two parts. There's that middle part, the sort of triangle piece with the tripod screw undeath in the center (this screws into your housing base plate to hold the camera), and the handle part which has adjustments screws so you can move the handle in and out to fit your hand for comfortable spacing. If you add the second handle to the right side, it'll adjust just like the left side.
