YourBagTag announces the availability of the Emergency Info Tab SCUBA BC name tag. The tag features an important emergency information and contact tab that slides down behind the main name plate. The emergency tab can be custom engraved with up to 9 lines (20 characters on each line) of emergency medical and contact information.
The front name plate can be personalized with our designs and your name or nickname. Dive shops, clubs, and organizations can contact us about adding your logo. Some custom logos are possible for an additional one-time charge.
Our example tag includes the following scuba diver medical and information:
- Diver Name
- Date of birth
- Blood type
- Drug Allergies
- Emergency contact name
- Relationship to diver
- Emergency contact phone number(s)
The base tag strap comes in many popular colors including blue, green, red, yellow, pink, and black. The nameplate is riveted to the webbing with four mil-spec stainless steel rivets.
Strap is 9 inches long by 2 inches wide. Loops around most BC straps and attaches with Velcro tabs sewn on each end - if your BC strap is extra wide, we can make the tag longer but very narrow straps are hard to accommodate.
