Whites manufacturing Releases New Drysuit technology!! After several years of Research and Development Whites has re-invented the Drysuit!!

This drysuit has the mobility, streamlined nature and compactability of a wetsuit, but the warmth and durability of a drysuit....

Dry Core Technology is a new innovation in dive suits combining the warmth characteristics of a drysuit with the streamlined fit of a quality cold water wetsuit! Given the choice wouldn't you rather DIVE DRY?

How it Works - This advanced patent technology includes 2 layers. The First Layer (Dry Core) is a loose fit membrane dry suit that incorporates latex seals and dry zipper with air intake and exhaust valves to create the waterproof barrier. A second "over suit" made with a durable stretch fabric is attached to the Dry Core at the wrists, ankles, valve openings and dry zipper to create the form fit.

FEATURES
  • Dry Core internal bladder made with 200 denier PU coated nylon.
  • External protective Lycra skin is removable and replaceable from Dry Core via Velcro fasteners. Watch for different graphics, colors, and heavy weight skins to be released in early 2008!!
  • Self Entry! Front Chest dry zipper design allows high mobility and easy self entry.
  • Bell-shaped, heavy-duty and UV-resistant latex wrists and neck seals can be trimmed to fit your size.
  • Extremely lightweight, and compact for the ultimate in dive travel.
  • The suit comes with Multi-Laminate Shell Socks and our Glacier series Fleece socks, that match perfectly with Evo or Altera boots
  • Suit comes with Tropical Bag, LP Hose, Zip Wax & Instruction Manual!
Due to the Incredible amounts of stretch in the fusion we have introduced a separate size chart.

The Fusion is being pre-booked now; shipping out Mid-Sept. it will be available in 4 sizes - 2XS to XS, S to M, L to XL, 2XL to 3XL. See size chart for reference.

The suit has an MSRP at $1398.00 ea, and comes with a tropical drysuit bag, an LP hose, zipper wax, and instruction manual. If you are an instructor or divemaster, contact your local dealer about "keyman" pricing.
See it and Try it to Believe it!!

Very nice!

I have been looking at that suit on your website for quite some time now, wondering when it might be available, unable to find out more about it.

I noticed that you dropped the 'at the price of a quality wetsuit' line, but I like that approach very much and would certainly buy one.

So, is there going to be a special pre-order price, it looks like there is something missing in between the MSRP and that pre order announcement?

Good job with that one.

Thanks for that. The suit will is available now for pre-order - to be delivered mid sept. You can certainly chat with your local dealer and see what kind of pricing you can get. You never know maybe when you buy one before the release you could get one for a good deal from your dealer. ;-)

I have been using this suit as a prototype pretty much since we first unvailed it at DEMA last year - Without a doubt, there is not another suit on the market like it. All my dive buddies are planning on getting one when they are available - they are sick of me raving about it. The funny thing is, when they first brought me the prototype - I thought " maybe this will be ok for tropical waters, but I would never dive one here in BC" - it looks flimsy..... So I took it for a few dives - thought it would have a little potential, took it to the caribbean in Jan for a weeks worth of diving, and it was good.

Well..we made a few changes to the suit - little tweaking here and there, and I now have lots of dives on it locally - and no word of a lie, I will never dive another suit!! No suit out there has the stretch that this thing does, it is so light, so compact, I tried out some of the new skins - with wicked graphics....IT IS AWESOME!! And the price is right.

You have to try one to believe me - this is why we are hitting the road for demo days - a huge one year campaign - that is how confident we are about it!!

Until the next "Fusion" dive,
Tyler

If anything, what Tyler says is an understatement - when I tried it on, I ordered one on the spot. So did (literally) everyone else in the shop. This suit changes everything about drysuits. Until you lay hands on it, and get into it, you really cannot appreciate how ground-breaking it is.

It puts cave cut to shame.

I can't wait to take this suit scootering, because of the streamlining. Woo hoo! Coming soon to a new scooter movie near you...

As I said on the X-Scooter board (you know how conservative technical divers are)
"In a couple of years I'll remind you that you heard about it here first."

Congratulations on a great product, Tyler.

All the best, James

We have had an overwhelming demand for more information on this drysuit, so I have attached here a copy of a flyer with more information and technical info regarding the suit. Click on the flyer for the full version.

Until the Next Dive,
Tyler

Sweet - so long as I can get something more durable than Lycra, you may have something here.

I'll see you at DEMA - would love to get a close up look and try one on.

That is a very good question - I will get back to you on this as soon as I can!
