This really boils down to what's in a name.

I agree, however, the characteristics of the new high pressure tanks are different with regard to a diver's trim. I have low pressure steel 95s and Pressed Steel E-7 120 high pressure tanks.

The high pressure tanks are 7.3 (yes, not 7.25) tanks compared to the eight inch tanks. They tend to put a diver head-down much more so than the low pressure tanks. On the other hand, they are easier to swim through the water due to lower resistance.

Some are just the old tanks that have been re-rated for higher pressure. Some are new tank designs.
