New diver, travelling Asia, New Zealand and Australia. :-)

Hi I'm Diane from Scotland, currently in Singapore after travelling south east Asia for 3 months. I completed my open water and advanced diving in Koh Tao last month, was amazing on my fourth dive we swam with a whale shark, after that I was totally hooked! I then did a few dives in the Perenthians where we swam with giant turtles! I feel really fortunate to have seen such amazing things in such a short space of time but I'm looking to do more diving and just wondered if people could recommend where else is good to dive? I heard that you can dive in Johor Bahru, just across the border back into Malaysia and wondered if anyone had any experience of diving here??

My next stops are new Zealand and then Australia so any dive information about either of these places is greatly appreciated.
