Hello you all!

I'm happy to join this forum, because I want to learn a lot from you guys. I'm new to diving, and I hope to get enough experience with practice.

Anyways, thanks for letting me in!

Welcome to the addiction!

Best advice I can give you is to hit every dive shop you can in search of the "perfect mask". Don't look at the cost or the colors ,,,, low volume is better than high. The most important piece of gear you will buy. Buy a slap strap, cheap and you will thank me later.

Next find a pair of booties that are comfortable. Think running shoe type comfort. Your feet, booties and fins need to work as one unit. Start with your feet to get the right boots and the fins will follow.

With both the mask and the booties/fins, you have to try them on. Your LDS's are your friends not the internet.
