New Diver Introduction

Hi Everyone,

New here and just obtained my OW cert this past Sunday. Looking forward to many new adventures in diving. I'm in the proces of compiling gear and looking for recommendations for a good, reasonbly priced dive computer for the new diver.

Hi Neddy-B,

You're ahead of me as far as certs go... But I'm getting closer, looking around the first of the year to jump in, but I'm going to be taking a scuba intro class at my LDS in November. Just gotta get some extra lbs. off and in better shape and keep saving for some basic equipment. At any rate, WELCOME to the underwater world!

i also need to get back to gym to she'd a few pounds. Looks like I won't be getting back in the water to April or May so plenty of time. Good luck with your cert.
