Hey everyone, I just got my open water and nitrox certification. I can't wait to meet new friends to dive with and explore as many places as I can. I am a novice scuba diver that is looking to dive as many weekends as I can. I have all of my own gear except tanks which I'll probably rent until someone makes me an offer that I can't refuse. Let me know if you want to go diving anytime.

Yup, I know the feeling of being new to scuba and wanting to dive all the time. I'd recommend looking through Craigslist, Scubaboard, and other sites for good deals on tanks. Look for dive buddies at your LDS or search up a dive club for buddies, and keep diving. Check out the Florida Forum (Florida Conch Divers) and maybe post there. Just remember to stay safe and practice/develop good habits.

Hey New Diver in Jacksonville !

If you get a chance check out my website at www.jacksonvillescubaclasses.com. We do dive trips all year long with a fun group of divers out of Jacksonville . Let me know if you want me to put you on my mailing list for upcoming trips. We are planning a dive trip to Jupiter within a month. Look forward to hearing from you... Good luck with your diving ! Hi scubazdk,

Just a little note to let you know that we make several trips throughout the year to the springs and to south Florida.
Most of our trips are at minimum costs such as Troy Spring in the north and Blue Heron Bridge to the south.
If you're ever interested in joining us on a trip feel free to let us know.
Most trips if not all are posted on the Facebook site for Florida Scuba Diver.
