I have looked and done a few searches, still nothing.
 
I just recieved an email from a close aquaintance of the victum: "based on information from his workplace probable cause was a pre-existing but unknown condition that resulted in an aneurysm."

I not additional info at this time.

Always sad to see someone die suddenly. Until we hear more of the circumstances, it is difficult to draw any conclusions. What we all hope is that the media don't draw too many links between diving and what appears possibly to have been an unrelated condition.

But all of us need to bear in mind that recreational diving attracts some risk - it's the business of mitigating it that must always be at the forefront of our minds - and in our dive plans.

The family of the deceased - and the divers who experienced the shock of such an incident - are in my thoughts.
