Hi everyone! My name is Aaron, and I am new to scuba.

We (my wife and I) just finished out PADI classroom/confined water training and will be doing our open water dives the first weekend of May in Ohio at Portage Quarry - and I can't wait!!! This is something I've always wanted to do, and I'm excited to finally have a chance to do it!

A bit about me: I'm a physical therapist, 33 years old, and I like long walks on the beach... oh wait - wrong type of forum? ;)

In addition to my newfound love for scuba, I help run a bodybuilding forum (I won't post a link because I'm not sure about linking policies yet), and I am - if you ask my wife - obsessed with buying watches (not high-end stuff, but stuff I like).

I hope I can learn a lot from everyone here, I'm excited to be a part of the forum!

Thanks for the welcome! I will definitely check out the great lakes section!

Welcome Aaron, the great lakes crew are a good bunch of people. Let me know if you find a nice dive watch with really big numbers.

Nice watch with really big numbers...
I've got some ideas - but I just found out I can't post URLs yet! Couple more posts.

Alright lets try this again...
Easy to read from across the room... but the rotating bezel has numbers that are the same color as the bezel itself - so that cuts down on usefulness.
