I'm a new diver and looking for some buddies to dive with. None of my friends dive and want to get in the water. I live in the South Tampa area and free pretty much every weekend. Let me know if anyone is interested. Cheers:D

welcome to the scubaboard, checkout the conch divers forum they always have some dives going on somewhere.

Hi Michelle!

You came to the right place! (Although it may be the wrong crowd, mom probably warned you about people like us!:D) Lots of active divers here, some with boats and some that run across the state at the drop of a hat! I usually post when I'm taking the boat out, so keep reading the Tampa threads.

Yep, lots of good dive buddies in Tampa (not to exclude other parts of the state  )

Welcome to scubaboard, you should have no trouble finding dive buddies in the area. I'm in Sarasota, and frequently do shore dives in Venice, and have met several locals from scubaboard and dove with them.

Hi Michelle, this is Gregg i think you might be the one that i sent over here.....like i said it's a great place to meet people, i've met tons of new people to dive with and it's a very good place to learn more about diving, from equipment advice to techniques......anytime you're set about wanting to dive somewhere you can just post it and i'm sure one of us will come along for the dive.....
