New Diver(32/male) Looking for dive buddy

I just got certified. Haven't dove since.
If anyone out there willing to dive with a newbie, please contact me.
I live in West Covina,CA.
I can only dive on Friday or Saturday.

Hi Andy,

I can't dive with you unless you come here to Maine but you're off to a good start. Get out there and make your self known. You may have more luck in the CA forum.
Does your shop do fun tag-along dives? If so get out there with them, it's a great way to find buddies of all experience levels. Be sure to get contact info of every diver you dive with. I made some "buddy cards" like business cards with my contact info and hand them out, it helps folks remember you. In less that 5 months I have a network of about 18 divers! 7 of us dove on Sunday. I was with another on Staurday and 3 of them last Wednesday. Divers are out there you just need to be enthusiastic and be sincere about becoming the best diver you can be. We all started out as newbies.

Hello,

I would love to dive with you, i am somewhat a newbie, about 12-15 open water dives, but I have done shore diving and night diving in that mix. I live in corona only problem is that i am no good for this month - daughter has winterball softball, but friday nights and saturdays are good after that. You may also want to post this in the So. Cal Forum here - you will find alot of people aswell as a couple of really good clubs to go diving with.

alright a dive buddy named Andy what else could another Andy wish for hehe. I live a little north of u and am always available to dive. give me a call or msg me anytime i will send u my phone number and email let me know where and when and i will be there. i am not the most experienced diver in the world like 15-20 but am confident and energetic HAHA i can tell people i am diving with andy and they wont believe me hehe

check out the SANDEATERS forum under SoCal and http://www.sandeaters.org They dive every Sunday. I know you can only go Friday and Saturday but their e-mail list is good for getting you wet on alternative dates too.

The SoCal forum will also get you wet as will a PM to me.
