A few weeks ago many of our customers asked me for a low cost piston deco / pony regulator. We put together our Non-adjustable 2nd stage with our piston regulator we were using for suit inflation and it became a new product for us. So here it is. This little regulator performs very well. It can take a beating and will serve you well. I've had built one up for a project 3 years ago and it's been in constant use ever since. Even if you dont need another regulator get one as a back up for your gear box!
TDL-HVLC-Deco is an outstanding regulator for decompression or pony bottle uses. The first stage is a flow through piston design that delivers 135 cfm. The compact first stage allows it to be used on a variety of cylinder valve configurations. The TDL-Tec-360 2nd stage is lightweight, easy to breathe 2nd stage that is of the venturi assist design. At 7 ounces this regulator will give you no jaw fatigue at all even on long dives. Both inhalation and exhalation effort are minimal.
