Bought a new Poseidon cyklon from a garage sale for $5. Original tag on it says it’s the 300 but I’m confused because it has first stage 2920 and 2980 parts. How much is this thing worth? It’s unused.

If it isn't in a dive shop, it is "used". You might more properly refer to it as NOS, "new old stock".

Put it on eBay. That is the great decider of what something is worth. Depend upon no estimates from anyone who does not have cash in hand.

Somebody is going to have to own it, for sure. Your trick is to find two people to fight over it. Sell it, take the money and buy something a bit more widely serviced.

I have it up right now for $300 and someone offered me $220. I’m just wondering if I’m underpricing this thing.

Never use "buy it now" if you're not sure.

Let them bid. I assume you're on eBay- that's the only place you'll get a wide enough audience to appreciate this very narrow spectrum appeal treasure.
