FFman which was better?
Doesn't matter what the interval, there is no easy way for me to get service.
I am in the market for a new reg. and have had two Atomics. Probably won't even
consider a third only because of where I live. Plus if you are on a trip to where ever
chances are you couldn't get a breakdown fixed.

My Atomic SS1 inline octo worked a lot better than the Scubapro Air2. I don't have the Air2 but I do have the RiteSource from Dive Rite which looks identical to the Air2. The breathing is easier with the SS1 and it could be me but I seem to be able to control the amount of air being inflated and deflated a lot better too. But you are correct about on-the-spot repairs and services for Atomic regulators. Atomic is barely branching into Europe right now.

BTW...what is the diff between the T1 and the T1x?

The new T2X in non-dedicated- opposed to the older T1' T2's that needed to be dedicated to air or EAN. The T2X can switch back and forth to 40% out of the box. It also has a really cool engraved first stage that has the T2X logo on it

the diff between the T2 and the B2 is only the exterior right? is the T2X an improved version? if so, are they coming out with a B2X?
