I got an email form a dive clubs link (CPRS) stating that there were new law/reglementation about putting boats in the water in brockville and that concerning charters the only place they were supposedly allowed to pick up clients was at St-Laurence parks.
Apparently this message was being distributed by Upper St-laurence charter association due to demands laws??? made by the town of brockville. Can anybody tell me who to ask about this or wich person to contact to verify this info and actually see what new rules are ???
