I have used them, the current model with the S on the purge. As long as it is setup correctly it is a workhorse reg. I have the magnum.

i have the current model with the S on the purge. But Sherwood is not producing anymore, when the ones with the S on the purge has sold out they have made a new model that is more like atomic and i was wondering if there were any specs on the net anywhere.

well the main thing to consider IMO is the first stage more so than the second. I do not see them changing their tech so I would pose that the new one is more of a cosmetic change than anything. I have not seen any specs on the new one though.

i have seen the new one and the insides are pretty much just like the atomic regs. they should be out early next year.
