Doesnt make it suck any LESS to have half an hour to the nearest ambulance, does it? Just makes already bad odds seriously crappy :/
I actually suspect that this last guest wouldnt have made it even with an ambulance within 5 minutes of here though as he was a male in his 50s who just dropped to the floor unconcious and never showed any sign of life after and the wife (although obviously very upset) couldnt find either breath or pulse.
It seems that the "miracle stories" I hear almost always include young children, do they have a higher tolerance for loss of circulation or is it just that they are the ones that get into the media?
