NeoSport vest quality?

I'm looking at getting an inexpensive vest to use for pool work and warm weather vacation diving. Is the Neo Sport 2.5mm vest seen here Neo Sport 2.5mm Front Zipper Vest Mens and here Neosport by Henderson 2.5mm Sport Wetsuit Vest S125 with reviews at scuba.com decent enough quality for this type of limited use?

I have that vest. I layer it over a 3/2 full suit for a little more warmth. Also wore it a couple of times for a sprint triathlon. Only used it perhaps 10 or 12 times so far, but it is holding up great. Seems to be well made, zipper works well and stays up, price is definitely right.
