Hi all, I do lots of neoprene repairs and I like to thin out the edges of patches that I use so that they're less likely to catch and lift. Currently I trim down the edges with a knife but it's slow and ugly. I'm wondering if anyone has used something like a leather working edge beveler and found it useful or if there are other options out there. Thanks!

Skiving tools are not sharp good enough
I use a steel straight edge 10mm-15mm back and run along it with some sharp blade
and then trim the ugliness with the same straight edge and also the same sharp blade
and then keep the skiving and trimming blades separate and use them for nothing else
and also curved straight edges for curves

Thanks for the info! Do you have any recommendations for blades?
