NEMO deco stop violation indicator

I had originally posted this in the manufacturers section, hoping someone that is familiar with the NEMO could answer it, but maybe it wasn't the right place.

I was looking over some of my dives that went Deco on my NEMO via the software when I noticed that I had a couple of Deco Depth Error. The profile data shows that I got a few Deep Stop Violations, but looking at my dive profile for the corresponding time and depth, I cannot figure out why.
I took out the NEMO and scrolled through the log and noticed that there was a deco stop violation indicator. Again, based on the profile, I cannot figure out why I got it.

I know it might be ignorance on my part, but can anyone help explain this to me?

Well I'd go to the LDS that sold it to me and ask them...

I assume you are doing technical diving, based on getting a Deco Depth Error...

Failing the LDS solution, I would probably email MARES and attach the dive profile data...

The LDS is not an option as it was bought far from where I live.
As for emailing Mares... I would love to do that, but I am unable to find any email for them to do so.
